You’ll begin your 11 day tour in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, where you’ll go on a walking tour to see the Ljubljana Castle, the Virtual Museum, and the Pilgrimage Church of the Assumption of Maria on Lake Bled. The natural beauty of Lake Bled is sure to take your breath away Then, you’ll make your way to Croatia. Your first stop will be the Postojna Cave and Predjama Castle as you make your way to Rovinj. Behold the sheer beauty of the Adriatic then you visit the Plotvice Lakes National park. You’ll also visit Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO protected Roman Fortress, and the Cattedrale de San Domino. Then, the last leg of the trip with round out in Dubrovnik where you’ll get to taste the freshest seafood and go on a private sunset cruise around the Elaphiti islands. Your trip will end in Konavle region with a visit to the beautiful ancient Mediterranean town of Cavtat. Your time in Slovenia and Croatia will definitely be one for the books.

Weather and Climate
The weather in Slovenia is typical of most continental European countries with warm, dry summers and fairly cold winters. January is the coldest month with average temperatures around 0 degrees Celsius. In the summer temperatures are generally around 20-25 °C, but can sometimes reach temperatures above 30 °C, with July being the warmest month. The best weather is during May-September when days are warm and nights are cool, although spring is generally much wetter and rainier than in the summer.
